Ayo Igoli questions

1). In the preliminary spoiler Ayo Igoli's capacity was 9, and the same it was in the FELDB upgrade. But the card picture states 10 capacity. Which is the real? (I know that the spoiler wasn't official, but misprints are also possible) 2). I guess that Ayo gets 1 vote if she herself becomes titled. If she get three Orun that grant her a vote, will she become "titled" and get an additional vote? By the way, don't you think that the art is awful? IMHO, having a 10-cap (or even 9-cap) with such "humble" picture is a shame... Thanks in advance, Ector
