Last night, the question occurred to us whether a vampire (opposing Basilia in this case) that has just played a Skin of Night is still a target for Rötschreck... although we quickly ruled "yes" to keep up the game speed, we were not so sure about that one. Any comments please? cs

[ quoted text not captured ] Correct. Rötschreck keys off of the attempt to use aggravated damage against the opposing vampire; it doesn't care if the damage will ultimately be prevented, transmuted, ignored, etc. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) VTES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc. So are those the official terms? Prevented, transmuted, and ignored? We had a recent thread discussing the various things that happen to damage but I wasn't sure if there were any official terms for things such as Skin of Night and Ambrosius' ability. Halcyan 2

Correct. The minion must attempt to use aggravated damage, and 0 agg doesn't qualify. [ quoted text not captured ]
