I know this may be a simple question. By definition a reaction card requires a "ready" vampire. Unless spefically stated, does the ready vampire need to be untapped? One such card that I can think of is Telepathic counter. Telepathic Counter Reaction Auspex Normal: Reduce a bleed against you by 1. By definition, a reaction card requires a "ready untapped minion" (not necessarily a vampire). Revised Rulebook: [1.6.3.5] The VTES rulebook failed to state that the minion had to be ready, but it does explicitly state "untapped". [2], [3.2.2] -- L.
