[LSJ] Political Struggle/day operation/freak drive

Er...what about the errata on Freak Drive ??? Freak Drive Is played at the end of an action, but still during the action. It cannot be played on an action that was made unpreventable by Concoction of Vitality, for example. [LSJ 19981028] so can you play Freak Drive on a succesful action made unblockable byday operation/daring the dawn, etc ?
