The wording on Falcon's Eye is a little bit weird: This reacting vampire attempts to block the current action, ignoring the normal prey, predator or target restrictions for blocking actions. It's worded differently from Eagle's Sight, but is it supposed to amount to the same thing (other than "attempts" vs. "may attempt", of course) ? Or is there some other part of "normal prey, predator, and target restrictions" implied by this card? Examples: Can you use Falcon's Eye to block an action which states that Vampires cannot block this action? Can you use Falcon's Eye to bypass an Incriminating Videotape?

The former. The change in verbage is meant to alleviate the "Can I block a Day Op with Eagle's Sight" type of questions. > Examples: > Can you use Falcon's Eye to block an action which states that > Vampires cannot block this action? > > Can you use Falcon's Eye to bypass an Incriminating Videotape? ? But apparently, the verbage is still not ironclad. You ignore what card text says you do, not the rest. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc.
