That would be the danger of conditioning. It's even better if you can lure the bleeder up to 3 or 4 stealth before deflecting it (playing the appropriate intercept to do so, of course). This works for any reaction card, though I believe that playing a reaction card gives the actor an additional opportunity to play action modifiers, as appropriate. -Dave Green
