This has been posted before, but perhaps someone will have an answer this
time.
The V:TES Rulebook is cut short in both postings (1&2) in both known (to
me) locations (this location as well as announce). Will the missing
information be posted? When and Where? This was my original (and most
important question for Tom even though the other questions seemed to get
more attention/discussion). If I'm the only one with a short version of
the rules would someone please tell me (or better yet, please send me a
copy). I did notice the Errata was posted, which was another reason I
wanted those missing files.
