Or that we can make up lots of new rules changes until then and un-rule them on October 09 ?

LSJ <vte...@white-wolf.com> writes: [ quoted text not captured ] The 9/9/9 rulings will henceforth be known as the Zen Rulings, or the Emptiness Errata. A player asked LSJ: "Without words, without the wordless, will you give me your errata?" LSJ kept silence. The player bowed and thanked LSJ, saying: "With your loving kindness I have cleared away my delusions and entered the true path." HG

[ quoted text not captured ] ... so at least cards that had been pointless and confusing will now only be pointless ;) Interesting and bold choice for errata: "suck it up"

Nikolaj "Lord of the Betrayers" Wendt

[ quoted text not captured ] /reported as spam!

[ quoted text not captured ] Could someone please explain the meaning of an announcement of no errata when - as far as I can see - no errata was expected? (Answers of "no" count as "me, too" posts. But if that's where your sense of humor is at, go to town.) I would have thought that such a communication would be considered the default, prompting no post from our notably taciturn netrep. Fred

[ quoted text not captured ] I think there was some feeling that LSJ would use 9-9-09 as a good opportunity to issue contesting errata, and perhaps ban or nerf some other cards that some folks may think are too good (Parity Shift, Deflection, Una, maybe others - I don't know, I don't agree with them anyway...). You know, sort of like the 7-7 rulings of lo these many years ago. best - chris

Probably sarcastic* Well who was smoking the "Maths Crack" then? I mean seriously, did he make any 8-8-08 rulings of note? Should we expect some for 11-10-09? What about next year? Will there be some in 06-08-10?, 08-09-10? 10-10-10? 12-11-10? Where will the madness end?!?!?! Will he make important announcements on only those days that are numerologically equivalent to the word "Squirrel"? Should we expect that animal allies will get nerfed at the beginning of the next PETA campaign? Will announcements be made on International Pi Minute? (3/14 at 1:59)??? I'm telling you there is a giant space gopher conspiracy involving Nokia phones, Fox News and Bhuddism! Draw the dots people, you'll see I'm right!
