What happens when both these cards are used on the same vampire? (Terror
Frenzy at normal, DotB at either.) Terror Frenzy reads, "...[opposing
minion] can only use maneuvers to set the combat at long range, can only use
presses to end combat..." DotB reads, "...[opposing vampire] can only use
maneuvers to cancel maneuvers, can only use preses to continue combat..."
Would the vampire subjected to both these cards be unable to use *any*
maneuvers or presses?

Yes, since he cannot maneuver to close (TF) nor long (DotB), and
he cannot press to continue (TF) nor end (DotB).
