For some reason, people keep telling me that master cards which tap, such
as The Barrens, can't be used during an action, due to some official
errata or ruling of some kind. Despite what seems to me to be lack of
evidence and plenty of good arguments to the contrary (um, Mob
Connections?) I fear that the only way to resolve this is some sort of
official response.
So, we can tap our master cards during actions and combat, as appropriate,
right? The *only* exception being Heidelburg, of course...
