Suppose Mark plays a Malkavian Dementia. He uses the stolen Malkavian to
bleed his pray and the Malkavian is tapped. At the beginning of Mark's next
untap phase, he'll have to give the vampire back to the origional owner.
Does the Malkavian return tapped or (since it is the beginning of Mark's
untap phase) untapped?

DTR states that the returning of a demented Malkavian to its owner
happens before _anything_ else in the untap phase, including untapping.
This is to prevent people from doing anything to it during the untap
phase.

Tapped, as untapping Minions comes during the untap phase, by which time the
Dementia will have worn off.
