I found this ruling:

so I am really just double-checking that this situation applies.
Aye says "If this Laibon burns a minion, equipment, or location in
play, he or she burns one Aye."
If a vampire with Aye calls Eldest Command Undeath, and burns a vampire,
does that acting vampire burn an Aye? By the ruling above, the answer would
seem to be "no".
