Q: Equipping Unlicensed Taxicab among others..

Right. Unlicensed Taxicab [Anarchs:C] Cardtype: Equipment Vehicle. The action to equip with this vehicle is at an additional +1 stealth. The minion with this vehicle gets +1 stealth when hunting, employing a retainer or recruiting an ally. If this minion is blocked by a prince or an archbishop (during any action), burn this vehicle. A minion may have only one vehicle. If a minion attempts to equip Unlicensed Taxicab from another minion, does she get the additional +1 stealth in it? If yes, then; What if she attempts to equip Unlicensed Taxicab and another piece of equipment? Does she then also gain the additional +1 stealth? **** Foul Blood [AH:U5, FN:PA] Cardtype: Reaction Cost: 1 blood Discipline: Quietus Only usable when a vampire controlled by another Methuselah successfully hunts. [qui] The acting vampire gains 1 less blood from the blood bank and takes 1 damage (damage not preventable). Tap this reacting vampire. [QUI] As above, but this reacting vampire does not tap. Now, while a vampire hunts under "Restricted Vitae" from another vampire, it would seem that Foul blood merely negates the 1 blood gained with it's damage, not wholly performing it's original intention (?) of torporing the vampire who consumes bad bad blood. Is this intentionally left as a loophole for vampires like Kyoko Shinsengawa and others who may perform similar actions be it via equipment or events and whatnot? Or, would it be completely unreasonable to propose an errata for Foul blood to "..gains 1 less blood from the hunt action.." or a similar effect.

On the first point. Yes you would get teh additional stealth as you are equiping with the taxi-cab and this would apply even if you were equiping with other items as well as you are still eqwuiping with the taxi cab. My guess on point two would be that foul blood only applies to hunt actions and Kyoko's special is not a hunt action instead of hunting she performs this special action instead. So you cant play foul blood on this action. If you were using an item of equipment like Aarons Feeding Razor or a location like Inbase Disco then you would simply receive 1 less blood and take a damage. You wouldn't take the damage until you had completed the action and so in effect a hunt with Aaron's razor would be a hunt for 0 blood (although it would be sucessful for purposes of subsequent effects). Hunt with the razor and the disco and you would end up 1 blood to the good.
