Hi all!
Sorry for posing such a stupid question, but I can't seem to find the
answer.
Can Shalmath use his ability to search the library for an equipment,
ally, retainer or politcal action card? They are considered "action
cards" as per the "all rulings" page of the WW homepage:
"Actions:
# Between the time the action card (including ally, equipment,
retainer, and political action cards) is played and ... "
