Wasserschloss Anif Q

Stop me if you've heard this before. :) Wasserschloss Anif, Austria says "During your master phase, you may move 1 blood from any Tremere you control to this card." The English on this could be interpreted a number of ways, including the ability to move 1 blood from EACH Tremere. However, I thought I had seen something earlier that stated that this wording "template" is supposed to mean that you can only move blood from ONE Tremere each turn. Please confirm this interpretation or otherwise enlighten me. If just "ONE Tremere", then this card acts a bit like a poor man's Arcane Library, nicht wahr??
