Welcome back Scott. Several Questions...
1. Fear of Mekhet states that "otherwise, the card is placed on another IC
member of the Methuselah's choice..." Does "Methuselah's choice" refer to
the vampire's owner (the target of the Fear of Mekhet) or does it refer to
the individual who played the card? I say the later...
2. Democritus calls a vote KRC for example. He is intercepted, may I play
bonding with superior Dominate to gain the extra stealth? I say yes...

No, in this case I think you're wrong. If the originally playing
Methusaleh got to choose who to play this card on time and time again it
would be GROSSLY overpowered. In my not so humble opinion, this works
like the Society of Leopold and the vampire's owner gets to choose the
ICM who gets plagued with this card next.

Again no. The Superior form of Bonding (if I recall right) says +1
Bleed/+1 Stealth. He can't use just part of the modifier. If he
doesn't use the plus to bleed (i.e. he's not bleeding), he can't get the
stealth either.

Yes, welcome back Scotter (?). Heehee.

Unfortunately not. Once Fear of Mehket is in play, control passes to
whomever it just afflicted, like many cards of its type. Society of
Leopold, curse of nitocrus etc.

No. You may have been able to argue this in Jyhad, but it wont work now.
Bonding, Threats and conditioning are 'bleed modifier' action cards, and
if you arent bleeding, they cant help you.
See you round Ventrue boy :)

The former. The latter would have been effected by "of your choice".

No. Bonding (inferior as well as superior) is a bleed modifier, and
therefore cannot be used to modify any action except a bleed action.

Not true. Master cards remain controlled by the Methuselah who
played them. This includes Fear of Mehket, Society of Leopold,
Curse of Nitocris, etc.
Card text is what cause the fate of the cards to be affected by
the current target's controller (or the current target, in the
case of Curse).
