Blood Doll has errata stating that it is controlled by whoever controls
the vampire that it is on.
Vast Wealth is still controlled by the original owner, and cannot be
used. (The VtES wording clears this up by saying "You can equip this
minion...", the Jyhad wording is vague enough to have allowed you to
read it as allowing the vampire's new controller to take an action to
go through the Vast Wealth's controller's library).
