Changing sects

If a vampire changes sects (Out of the Frying Pan, Into the Fire, etc...), does your clan change? For example, does a brujah anti-tribu who plays 'Out of the Frying Pan' become a brujah? I would say no but my local Prince stated that a vampire's clan does change along with the sect.

I think, Rory, that your prince has it back the front. If you change sects, your clan doesn't change. BUT, if you change CLANS, you gain the default SECT of the clan you changed to.
