Not entirely. The vampire sheet no longer contains any vote cards. The
votes cards on the vampire sheet in Jyhad have been mixed into some
other sheet(s), presumably the Uncommon sheet(s).

All? Nah. I know Dodge hasn't changed (except for the card back :-).
All the cards with long-standing (and some short-standing) errata were
editted to match the errata (Army of Rats, etc.) The header (bold text)
on the Political Actions was made more player-friendly. Discipline
symbols were added to the discipline-bestowing Masters. (more? I dunno.)

No one here has such a list, since no one here is willing to sink more
money into an ill-supported game to play in ill-supported tournaments
(When we typically have sufficient Jyhad cards). Wait until some of the
new (post-Jyhad) players build enough inventory to make the list.
