I'm thinking of making a deck focusing around this guy and Kalinda.
Any ideas on which are the most effective combatcards for the
assamites? I'm thinking about going with Burst + Sideslip, but I'm not
sure...

I'm not completely certain but I believe that:
You cannot play Quickness after Blur or Wind Dance (at sup). Quickness
"does not count towards the additional strike effect limit for this
round". However it is still an additional strike and cannot be played
after you have used your additional strike quota.

They can be played in either order, since Quickness isn't limited by
the additional strike effect limit.
