There is an explanation on the WW site.
"Note: Uzoma (a vampire from the Osebo starter) was accidentally
inserted on the uncommon sheet as well, in place of Kisha Bhimji. Kisha
Bhimji is marked with an asterisk below. She doesn't appear in the set
at all. Watch this space for updates as to the future status of Kisha
Bhimji."
Maybe they will do something similar to the Hannibal advanced
replacement scheme they had from BH, or perhaps she will appear as a
promo?

Another couple of things that drew my attention:
* Soar and Patrol have had their artwork switched.
* Font sizes are all over the place. This creates a minor but
irritating inconsistency with previous sets, which had fairly similar
text size.

I don't have any LoB to hand but in previous sets, there have been
issues with (say) "Strike: +1 damage" being in small text at the top of
a library card text box, and the rest of it empty. Which can also look
weird. Some of the non-WW sets vary font sizes a lot more to get around
this, and it's really down to personal preference which looks more
awkward, IMO.

The design issue that stands out in my eyes most is that the Akunanse

And some of the reprinted cards are printed with "enlarged" art if
compared to the old versions (Change of Target, Terror Frenzy, Vox
Domini to name few).

I'd rather all cards have text the same size (or in a less-widely ranged
variety of sizes). The micro-text and blank space might look weird, but
the HUGE text on one card and micro-text on another is jarring.

They're printed on the Common Sheet but are intended to have Uncommon
Rarity. I've opened 2 1/3 boxes and they come out in between - either an
infrequent Common or a frequent Uncommon.

Which makes hand and collection sorting very awkward if you organize by
discipline as I do. I would greatly like to see this inconsistency
eliminated. Listing the outferior symbol over the inf/sup just as the
card text does would seem to be preferable personally.

What "inconsistency" are you talking about? ALL of the
bloodline-discipline
cards in LoB have the bloodline-discipline symbol shown above the one
of
the outferior.
Cards that genuinely require TWO disciplines (such as Inspire
Greatness,
Muricia's Call, Eye of Unforgiving Heaven, Glare of Lies, Truth of
Blood)
have the symbols in alphabetical order (up to down).
Looks pretty consistent to me...

Correct.
Multi-Discipline cards have the Disciplines in alphabetical order.
Split-Discipline cards have the Disciplines in "primary"-"secondary"
order, when such a distinction exists. When all Disciplines are
used "equally", alphabetical order is used to break the ties (e.g.,
in Anarch 3-way cards).
