While the effects amy feel like you lose a turn, the game mechanics do
not recognize this. Direction of play remained clockwise, and when your
former Predator ended his turn, it became the Methuselah to his left's
turn. Your "lost turn" would not count for 1st tradition, for example.

Yep, you got hosed. The turn moves with the player. That's one
of the nastiest tricks I've seen with that card....

Can a player effectively lose a turn due to a dramatic upheaval? I was
sitting to the left of the player with the weenie voting deck from hell.
I was bleeding my prey like crazy with Malkavians, until my predator's
Smudge, Prince of Dallas called a vote for a Dramatic Upheaval. He passed
the vote with all his Caitiff princes, and switched places with me so he
could finish off my former prey and get the victory. Because I was moved
to the right of the acting player, do I lose a turn? We couldn't find any
rule that says otherwise.

[switched places with predator]
Yes, you effectivle loose a turn, unless the playdirection was
changed with Reversal of Fortunes, then you are the next player.
