Second announcement.
I'll be running two tournaments at Dragon*Con 99
(July 1-4, Atlanta, GA). One DCI sanctioned
constructed tournament and one Bring-Your-Own
boosters Sabbat Sealed Deck tournament.
Note: For the Sabbat Sealed, players are to bring
eight (8) boosters. The number was incorrectly
given in my first announcement.
