Let's say I have a vampire with Shilmulo Tarot who then plays Descent into Darkness. During my Influence phase I chose to burn the Descent into Darkness and the vampire returns to play. Do I get to move the top two cards from my library to Shilmulo Tarot when it enters play for the second time (first time is when I equipped it originally)? I think the answer is yes, because the first sentence of Shilmulo Tarot starts with an implied "When this card enters play," (at least to me it does). I don't think the first sentence has an implied "When you equip this card," because then you would be able to add 2 cards to it by having another vampire equip it once it was in play. Thanks, ~Rehlow Shilmulo Tarot [KMW:R] Cardtype: Equipment Clan: Ravnos Unique equipment. Move the top two cards from your library to this equipment (face down). You may look at the cards on this equipment at any time. If this Ravnos is ready and you should draw a card from your library, you may draw one of these cards instead. During your untap phase, you may move the top card from your library to this card. Descent into Darkness [Gehenna:C] Cardtype: Action Cost: 1 blood Discipline: Obtenebration +1 stealth action. [obt] Turn the acting vampire and any cards on him or her face down, out of play (breaking any temporary control effects). Put this card on him or her (in play). During your influence phase, move 2 blood to this face down vampire from the blood bank, and you can choose to burn this card to return the vampire to play, tapped. [OBT] As above, but the vampire is untapped when he or she returns to play.

No. Similarly, the Incriminating Videotape is not retargetable. > I think the answer is yes, because the first sentence of Shilmulo > Tarot starts with an implied "When this card enters play," (at least > to me it does). It has an implied "When this card first enters play". As long as the card is tracked (as in the case where any counters or cards on it would remain on it), then it is fixed. If it gets "washed clean" by a trip through the ash heap, library, or hand, then it would get cards anew when it first enters play. Like the videotape. [ quoted text not captured ]
