Pulled Fangs

Hi, This topic may have been discused before but I'm quite new (well, i played years ago, but I started again recently and i discover many erratas) and wondering about Pulled Fangs. I've Heard that the "one aggravated damage" is no longer here, but does it send the opposite vampire in torpor without dealing any point of damage or just does one point of damage (not aggravated) ???? Sorry for my english :) Any clarification is welcome :) David
