I understand that if an IC member is given a title, he loses his '4 votes', but is "IC member" a title (I'm gusessing not, since IC members aren't allowed to use P/J cards, apparently for this same reason). That is, could and IC member become a Prince and still be an IC member (with a sum total of 2 votes)? -- L. Basically, is the +2 bleed just a special skill that they all happen to have or is it a part of their title and status which they are losing? "Inner Circle" is a title, just like Prince or Justicar. An IC member that seizes praxis, etc. gives up her IC status. [ quoted text not captured ]

Being Inner Circle just gives a vampire 4 votes. The +2 bleed is just an ability common to all the IC members, not part of the IC title. [ quoted text not captured ]
