[LSJ] Blood Dolling for fun and profit

A question to settle a bet with a friend. :) Player A controls Carna, the Princess Witch. Carna has a Derange on her that makes her a Malkavian, as well as a Blood Doll. During his master phase, Player B plays Malkavian Dementia to take control of Carna. Can Player B use Carna's Blood Doll to immediately transfer a blood from Carna to his pool? My guess is yes because Blood Doll says "this vampire's controller may move 1 blood...". Card text on Blood Doll: Name: Blood Doll Cardtype: Master Master. Put this card on a vampire you control. You are B : Your master phase is still going on, even if you already used all your master phase actions. You are free to do or trigger whatever should be done or triggered during your master phase =) then you may move on to your minion phase at some point. We hate stalling, remember ? ;)
