Some more doubts [LSJ or others]

2 *simple* questions: 1- At superior, is the damage of "Daring the Dawn" preventable or the "as above" printed on the card means that it's also not preventable? 2- Here's a situation with 2 vampires in combat: .Minion A inflicts 6 damage on B .Minion B inflicts 1 damage on A .Minion B plays "Skin of Steel" and burns 1 blood to prevent the 6 damage. -Can Minion B play "Pulled Fangs"?
