Freak Drive and Bleed for 0

Is a bleed for 0 a successful action for Freak Drive (inferior); or anything else? (clearly it isn't a "successful bleed" but it is an action that resolved [for 0] so is arguably successful as an action -though from LSJ's 1997 post I think not..)
