I don't see why not (card text seems to say it's OK), but is it possible
to put 2 King's Favors into play in the same action, if the math works
out?

Only usable during a referendum. Boon.
This Guruhi gets 3 additional votes. If this Guruhi votes in favor, and
the referendum passes by the number of votes this Guruhi cast or fewer,
put this card in play. While this card is in play, that acting vampire
may not block this Guruhi. You may burn this card during any
Methuselah's untap phase to move up to 3 blood from that vampire to this
Guruhi.

So if, say, a vote is failing by 5, and 2 of your Guruhi each play
King's Favor to vote in favor (and the vote passes by 1), both KFs will
stick around.
Correct?
I'm just thinking that it's a real reason for splitting your own
vampires' votes, in order to get within the King's Favor range.
(Although it's still a pure vote-defense card, so putting multiples in
your library is really hard to justify in the first place...)
