(Pay cost as normal.) Shuffle your library afterwards. +1 bleed Ok, so I want to pull out an Arcane Library and put it into play. However, I don't control any Tremere. Yes, the rules state that you much control the clan that any card requires to be put into play. Yet, Bindusara's special says to put it into play irregardless of whether or not you control a Tremere. I know that in almost all situations that the card text overrides the rules. Is this one of those cases? DOM,AUS,FOR and tha, with +1 bleed and the ability to get you the fragment and the arcane library! If you look hard enough you can see that he is just clan impersonating :> . I use him very coldly, he comes out, does some bleeding, some bleed bouncing, gets me the arcane library, and then I golconda him, because 'his work here is done'. Floatey.
