when a card is burned, does it go the ash heap of:
(A) it's current controller
OR
(B) it's owner
OR
(C) the person who played it (assuming there is some way to get someone
else's card before it comes into play, and then bring it into play,
otherwise this is the same as (B))

action in the VtES rulebook.
(The condition on C is possible for someone who controls Darius, but
the correct answer to the main question is still (B))
