LSJ ? New Anathema

What happens when a vampire with zero blood is the recipient of an Anathema vote and then is blocked while attempting to hunt? The vampire enters combat with zero blood and is not burned by this. (6/23) Will the Anathema ever kick in during this combat? Carpe Noctem. But LSJ would know for sure. gomi
