So here are two wacky questions:
A) There are no "Timing" rules in Jyhad, as it is usually someones specific
time to do something. With Antedeluvian Awakenings, however, you have to
option of burning your vampire at any time to burn AA. Can you state you are
going to burn your own torporized vampire "in response" (or before the diablere
actually occurs) to an opponent declaring his intention to diablerize said
vampire? What if two players both want to burn a vampire for AA at the same
time? (The only situation I can see where this would occur would be if Player A
Mind Rapes player B's vampire, and when Player A decides to burn Player B's
vampire to AA, Player A wants to burn one of his own vampires to prevent the
destruction of the Mind Raped vampire). Does it just come down to who says "I
burn my vampire" first?
B) (I'm sure this has been answered at some point) The Jyhad Short Term
Investment says "Instead of playing a master card..." while the Sabbat version
of STI says "can use a Master Phase action...", both for the same effect. Can
the following cards be used to increase the income flow from STI:
-Anson (allows for 2 Master cards a turn)
-Parthenon (get an additional Master Phase action)
-Rumors of Gehenna (can play 2 Master cards a turn)

We've always played that you had to decide to burn the torpored vamp
before the end of the blocking phase. Diablerie is an action, so that
delay exists for the opportunity to block. Once your blocking actions
fail, though, the action resolves immediately, and your vamps life is
in the hands of the diablerist. By contrast, if Vulnerability were
played, there would be no opportunity for you to respond by burning
your vampire to the AA.

It comes down to whose turn it is. Whichever player's turn it is,
that person can announce actions first. If it is Player C's turn,
we've resolved disputes by going clockwise from the acting player to
determine who gets to do non-action effects (like burning a vamp to
AA) first.

Yes. (IANALSJ) The most recent release of a given card takes
precedence for wording structure...

Correct. Once the action resolves, the victim of the diablerie is burned,
so cannot be fed to the AA. Before such time, however, you are free to
burn him.

Mostly true, but the acting player cannot "react" to B's announcement
that he will burn a vampire to AA by burning a vampire to AA herself.
If this happened in a game as PDB6 describes (with the last reference
to player A being read as a typo to mean player B), then - as long
as player B didn't interrupt player A to say that he (player B) was
going to burn the target, then it happens just that way.
(Typically during the course of an action, the acting player pauses
to get some input - normally blocking declarations - from the target
player. This indicates that the acting player is done playing effects
for the time being).

Correct. Of course, only one of Anson/Rumors will actually speed the
process - the other is redundant.
