If a vampire hunts due to XTC Laced Blood and then untaps, does he have to hunt again or can he do another type of action? Also LSJ, you lied to me at the EC :( You said Ancient Influence said it can only be called once per game, not played when we discussed the Uncoiling vs Dragonbound hand size-ruling but the card list does indeed say played and not called. So a block or DI will prevent it from being called again or am I missing something?

He can do whatever he likes; XTC hits only once per turn. (You can search the NG for LSJ's ruling on this just as easily as I can.) -John Flournoy

[ quoted text not captured ] I tried to search but didn't find it actually (maybe because I used it together with another card name to look for a certain combo though).

[ quoted text not captured ] Searching on "LSJ XTC" finds several threads with the ruling (at least it did for me.)

That's why you should always use card text when asking (and answering) questions. > So a block or DI will prevent it > from being called again or am I missing something? The former.

[ quoted text not captured ] And here's another. John's correct.
