Damage prevention cards ??

how do you play it..... 1) play more than one of a kind for each damage resolution phase(i.e if there is a BLUR there could be up to 3 damage resolution phases 2) play more than one of a kind for the entire round 3) only allowed one of each kind for each damage resolution phase, or 4) only allowed one of each kind for each round.
