Flesh of marble/King of the Mountain Query

Have just been pondering the effect of a flesh of marble with king of the mountain. If a vampire was wearing his flesh like marble and decided to be king of the mountain, and some fool hit him for 3 would he hit himself back for three or one? does flesh of marble reduce the damge they take from King of the mountain in other words? Word to ya mama...
