TOM: Q: AH: Clan Impersonation and becoming uncontrolled

If my Gangrel passes himself off as a Toreador via Clan Impersonation, and is later Banished (or Peace of Ket.ed) back to my uncontrolled region, can he be the benefeciary of Eco Terrorists or Art Museum? I'm assuming that he can be targetted only by the Eco Terrorists, since the Clan Impersonation is a minion card, and will thus be out of play while the target is uncontrolled. -- L.
