Earlier today I sent the V:TES rulebook off to be posted to
rec.games.trading-cards.announce. I am not crossposting it here
because it is roughly 100K, and I figured that a) two copies would waste too
much space on news servers, and b) it would needlessly expire articles here
on any server that expires based on disk usage. So, peek into announce
later today or tomorrow, even if you normally don't. Enjoy!
