Ember Wright and Saiz identical

this already occurred to me during the prerelease tournament. the new vampire amber wright is a clone of saiz from the anarchs set. both are group 3 !tremere with aus dom. any thought why this was done? regards pallando(at)gmx(dot)at

Unfortunately Black Hand had more than a few printing problems. If they can trade a 9 for an 8 on Imogen, maybe they accidentally traded tha for aus (or whatever) on the card. Only since this isn愒 an error per-se, we will probably never know. At least one other card strikes me as an error that they didn愒 correct, since it wasn愒 really an error: Elemental Stocicism, the only dual-discipline card that does not require both of it愀 disciplines at superior. Like I said, it strikes me as odd... I guess it was supposed to be OBF FOR and not obf FOR, but since it came out that way, it was better just to leave it that way instead of correcting another card. It愀 not a real error anyway.... oh well.... it would have been nicer if it came out for OBF though! Then the Nossies would have a nice time with it! :)

Both Amber and Saiz ARE pretty good in a Cryptic Mission deck since you can use them for bounce and intercept. Besides, with Infernal Pact available for everyone, THA isn't THAT hard to come by. Man, I'm gonna have fun with off-clan discipline decks now...

I've contemplated trying to use Daughters with itty-bitty !Tremere faking Melpominee and doing a Choir deck - but haven't had the guts to actually play such a cumbersome monstrosity. :P -John Flournoy

I'm pretty sure this was intentional. Elemental Stoicism is a combo Discipline power in V:tM. Unlike most combo powers, the required level of Fortitude is much higher than the required leve of Obfuscate.
