Body Arsenal question (LSJ?)

This one could've gone into my other post too, if I'd thought of it a minute ago... Body Arsenal superior gives the playing vampire +1 strength until end of combat. If you play BA superior after declaring a hand strike (but before that pair of strikes is resolved), does the +1 strength apply to the damage from that strike? Or is the amount of damage "locked in" when the strike is declared, even though its characteristics are not? (Interestingly, this question never occurred to me over the years of using Potence strength-enhancers, probably because all the POT strength bonuses seem to say "play before range is determined.) Thanks again. Josh unending font of rules uncertainty Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Before you buy.

Modifiers can be played (and will be effective) any time before the strike resolves. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc.
