Well if the vampire still has all the blood on him or her, I would imagine that you could just bring him or her out during your next transfer phase. unless some on plays a brainwash and a trick of danya on him. It is treated just like another uncontrolled vampire. So bring out the minion just like normal. Once it has enough blood on it bring it out during your influence phase, unless of course you would rather draw the blood back to your pool. Rory

Hi, yes there is during your influence phase you can bring the Vampire back into the Ready or controlled region, as long as the Vamp has the amount of blood as it should have, thats the nasty part, make your opponent pay more blood to bring out a vampire he\she has already paid for. This is my Favorite vote card. Errol T.

The key is that you turn over the card "and place it into your inactive region". The banished vampire, like any other vampire in your inactive region, will return to the active region at the end of your influence phase if he has at least as many blood (influence) counters on him as his capacity. If the banished vampire was full, he'll return automatically at the end of your next influence phase (unless you take some transfers to move blood off of him, of course). If not, you'll have to take some transfers to move blood onto him, just like you did when you first brought him out. -- L.
