Hi!
In our german Jyhad-Group in Dortmund, we had three rule questions:
1. Is the effect of Rutors Hand cumulative ? (Card says: "..gets one
additional untap.." So would a vampire with 3 RHs have 4 Actions
each turn ?
2. There are several locations which provide extra votes for a clan.
If a vote like "Cardinal Benediction" is called, can the votes
of these locations be used for this vote or not ? On the CB is
Written "Camarilla VAMPIRES cannot vote during this political
action", but what happens with the votes of a Camarilla LOCATION?
3. During a combat, one minion played Indomability to stay in combat
instead of going into torpor. Now his opponent made more damage
than this vampire and played a Pulled Fangs. Now, does the vampire
go into torpor (in cause of the Pulled Fangs) or stays he in combat
(due to his Indomability) ?
Imagine this deck: Political Giovanni with only two Vampires. They call
"Might of the Camarilla" to burn their own uncontrolled Vampires and
get them back into the Controlled Region using "Possession".
Following are a few RTIs to get the right bleed ...
Necessary is, of course, a quick start and getting the needed votes.
Right Vampire would be: the Malkavian Inner Circle. (Presence for votes)
The other vampire is Carlotta Giovanni (for using Necromancy and
re-using already played cards)
Thanks
Marc

Yes.

The votes from the locations can be used, since they come only from
the Methuselah, not from any of her vampires. (*)

Perhaps you refer to Undead Persistence, not Indomitability.
(Indominability could only keep you out of Torpor by preventing
damage - this would not help reduce the effect of Pulled Fangs,
although it might prevent Pulled Fangs from being playable).
In the case of Undead Persistence, the UP will keep the vampire
out of Torpor for the duration of the combat, or until three rounds
of combat pass after the last round in which a card was played
(errata to the VtES version). So, if the agg damage from Pulled
Fangs doesn't burn the vampire, the vampire will remain in combat
(due to his Undead Persistence).

Just to clarify explicitly, so then if a vampire using UP finally takes
enough damage to burn that vampire, then the vampire is burned immediately
and UP can no longer cause it to remain in the combat?
