Simultaneous Oustings

I recently played in a game and it came out that my group believes that if multiple players are ousted the oustings are resolved in order rather than simultaneous. In other words they believe that if you ouste your prey and grand- prey with a single vote you get 12 pool and 2 VP. Of course I know this is wrong, but they claim that the Duelist said that this was the case and that nothing has been printed to contradict this. My claims that the people and WOTC rep on the newsgroup said otherwise only earned me a few ridiculing laughs. Is there anywhere other than the newsgroup I can go to prove my case and redeem my honor? Or must I suffer erroneus playing since WOTC never had the time to add such unimportant things as V:tES errata to the duelist.

[ quoted text not captured ] There is no such article, to the best of my knowledge and to Shawn's knowledge. If they can quote issue and page references, please pass that information along. Otherwise, the rules in the rulebook still hold - you don't even have to fall back on the mysterious internet :-) (i.e., simultaneous ousting of your prey and grand-prey result in the prey getting a VP and in you getting six pool and a VP). -- L.
