Can you play a Master: out-of-turn card on your turn, like Rotschreck and Frenzy and the like? I thought the out-of-turn part just meant that you may play it when it's not your turn. What is the official ruling on this? Scott Halvorson halv...@cptc.wisc.edu

The term "Out-of-turn" means that it is not played in the normal sequence (of playing master cards). The rules are what keep you from playing MOOTs on your own turn: "Out-of-turn cards can only be played when it is not your turn." [sec. 3.2.1.] -- L.
