if I hit a vampire for exess aggrivated damage from individual sources
does it burn the vampire
ie I play dawn opperation and are blocked. I hit a vampire with 3 aggro
damage the other vampire is on 1 blood. 1 of the aggrovated is from 1
murder of crows another from another murder of crow and one of the aggro
is from my hands. is the vampire burnt.

No. Aggravated damage coming from several sources does not glom into
one big packet.

Um, sorry, but still a little unclear on the topic, now
that I think about it. If, at close range, a drill a 5-blood
vampire twice with a .44, the 2nd time using DB Rounds, then
perform a little impromtu dentistry (Pulled Fangs), is the
vampire burned? It doesn't sound like it. Is this due to the
nature of PF? The conditions on PF were met, so I'm confused
(what's new?!?). Oy, more questions...

Officially, no. According to the DT, the first point of damage from each
strike only serves to send the vampire to torpor and does nothing if the
vampire is already going to torpor.
IMO, yes. The rules are vague and say only the the first point received
does no damage. They don't say received in what period. You could
interpret it as the whole game, although that's kind of silly (of course,
saying multiple aggravated blows than multiple nonaggravated blows seems
kind of silly too). My interpretation has always been that that means
"received during a combat". This avoids highly peculiar effects like
Basilia being unable to damage a vampire who has played Undead
Persistance.
