1. Probably a real minor, picky one - The 5th Tradition: Hospitality. Would this be considered hospitality from the Methuselah who controls the acting vampire, or is the acting vampire not able to be the recepient of the hospitality, and therefore the blood must go to someone else? 2. Political Action cards that say "Set of Methuselahs". Could a set be just one? 3. Kine Resources Contested. Allocates 4 points between 2 or more Methuselahs - if there are 2 Methuselahs left, can it be 4 and 0, or would there have to be at least one for each Methuselah? 4. The Parthenon. Do you have to wait until your next turn to get a second Master Phase, or can you get a second Master Phase immediately? 5. Blood Hunt action card. Can some one please give a brief explanation of how this card could ber used, especially in the basic version of the game? Would be much appreciated. Thanks for any insight! Michael

Textually, the blood comes from the blood bank, so the acting vampire receives the blood. > 2. Political Action cards that say "Set of Methuselahs". Could a set > be just one? Yup. With two people left, that means you gotta take some of the brunt. > 4. The Parthenon. When you play the card, it's during the master phase, so you can gain it immediately. > 5. Blood Hunt action card. In terms of the basic game (sans intercept), a vampire with Blood Hunt on it can be attacked by any vampire as a +1 stealth (thereby unblockable) action. Hope it helps. -- --Shawn F. It is considered nothing except card text. The acting vampire may be the vampire chosen as the ebenficiary of the 5th, although some players have house rules against this. >2. You may tap the Parthenon during the same Master Phase that you play it. >5. Blood Hunt action card. A Prince uses the Bloodhunt action, naming his Prey's most capable blocker or his Predator's most capable bleeder. Then, until that target is no longer Ready, everybody enters combat with the victim (in turn). -- ----- L. Depends. Some groups say that it doesn't work on the acting vampire, some say it does. I play that the acting vampire can fill himself up. Others would disagree. > 2. Points divided between Methuselahs must give one of the Meth's at least 1, or it's not divided between them. > 4. The Parthenon. Try the advanced version of the game as soon as you can, since the basic V:teS version is rather limited. You have Rake, Prince of Atlanta, and Anvil. Your opponent has Emerson Bridges, Prince of D.C. and Jazz Wentworth. Rake takes a +1 stealth action to call a Bloodhunt on Jazz, since Emerson is a Prince. Anvil then takes the action allowed by the Blood Hunt card to attack Jazz. > Thanks for any insight! You're welcome. Good luck.
