Please help me on this:
1) When can i PLAY a master card with a clan symbol on it and when can i
USE it?? (An example would be useful here)
2) LSJ said that when in range determination phase of combat, combat
effect cards may be played by other methuselas also (not participating
in combat). If this is true (and i didnot misunderstood it), i wish to
read an example on this.
Thanks again, and thank you LSJ for previous answers and solutions to my
playgroup's problems.

To play one, you must control a ready (controlled, not-in-torpor)
vampire of the noted clan.
To use one, you merely use it (as restricted by card text, if any).
You do not need to maintain control of a ready vampire of that clan,
nor is the effect limited to only vampires of that clan (a common
misunderstanding of how Hunting Grounds work).

Well, I don't recall saying that, but it *is* possible to
play Nosferatu Putrescence at that time. That's the
only card from the base set that can be played at that
time (by a non-participating Methuselah), and probably the
only card out of the whole series, to my knowledge.
If you need more explanation on whatever it was I had said
previously, please provide a reference quote so I can explain
what I meant then.

Is this mean that i can USE a master phase card (that stays in play) to,
lets say, "feed" my vampires, even this card was brought in play by
another Meth?
And even that card has a clan symbol that my ready vamps dont have??
Wow what a shock!! Please LSJ, tell me how Hunting ground works. It
seems that my playgroup plays that part completely wrong.
Thanks.

If you have managed to gain control of it, yes.
Most master cards refer to "you" - which means the controller
of the card when the card is in play.

HG - you must have a ready vampire of the given clan under
your control during your master phase to play a HG. To play
it, you burn two pool and put the HG into play. You now control
it. Per card text on the HG, one of your ready vampires gains a
blood during your untap phase - this ready vampire can be a member
of any clan (or even Caitiff).

You've misinterpreted the answer. You must have a ready vampire of that
clan to play it, but once you control it in play any vampire you control
can use a Hunting Ground.
