[LSJ] Enkidu and equip actions

Enkidu's gametext says "He cannot have or use equipment" but doesn't actually prohibit him from performing equip actions. so i was wondering and hoping to get a clarification for the following questions: 1.) can he still equip and use loquipment cards like Palatial Estate? (i think so) 2.) if he's still allowed to perform equip actions even though he can't use or have this equipment, what happens to it? (i guess it's just burned...) regards, Mat
