No, only hand strikes; Strike: use +1 ahnd or melee damage is not allowable,
but if you first play a torn signpost, then you can strike with the torn
signpost because is gives the vampire 2 or 3 "hand damage.

I think Strike: use hand at +n (Lucky Blow, Undead Strength,
Growing Fury) are allowable, but melee weapons are not
useable.

Yes. Only hand strikes. Cards which modify the damage done by a hand
strike are allowable.

Strike cards are allowed, as long as they are hand strikes. For example:
Lucky Blow is a hand strike, and may be used (as a hand strike). It may not
be used as a strike to increase the damage done by a melee weapon, of
course.

Definitely not. They're certainly not hand strikes.

Yup. Also no gun strikes, weapon strikes, Thaumaturgy strikes, Canine
Horde strikes, etc. Also - no Strike:Combat Ends!

Sorry - I have to agree with Alan Kwan's thread on this issue. The card
text says: "Only hand strikes can be made against or by the vampire
using IG." So, no range weapons, no melee weapons, just hand strikes.
I don't think that prevents you from playing other cards to modify the
hand strike (i.e. + damage or agg. damage), and there is nothing else
in the card text to suggest otherwise.
This issue does raise another question, (Alan, maybe you have some
idea here): Can strike: dodge and strike: end combat cards be used in a combat
after an Immortal Grapple has been played? At the moment, I tend to think not.
***Guy***
Dodge and End Combat are not hand strikes, so such cards may not be played
by a minion restricted to using hand strikes.
